Article 11. Interstate Compact on Placement of Children
§ 32A-11-3. Notices; health and social services department [FN1]
The "appropriate public authorities" as used in Article 3 of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children shall, with reference to New Mexico, mean the health and social services department, [FN1] and said department shall receive and act with reference to notices required by said Article 3.
